Existing Home Inspections

Choosing your inspector for your real estate purchase is an important decision and must be made with confidence. An experienced and quality inspector can save you thousands by providing you the right information on the quality of your home or building prior to your purchase. Make sure that the inspector works for you and only you, with no vested interest in the purchase or sale of the property itself.
Take the time to do it right. An average home inspection should take 3-4 hours providing the inspector time to complete a thorough inspection of the structural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing.

I provide you with:

  • High quality inspections backed by thousands of home, commercial and bank inspection experience
  • Construction Experience
  • Termite Inspection
  • Unbiased, factual written inspection report
  • Inspection photos

Flood/Hurricane/Home Damage Assessments

This is not an easy time for any owner and dealing with insurance companies can be exhausting. Protect yourself by having a complete damage report and an assessment of repairs to bring back the home to livable standards. I helped many clients in 2008 by providing them a complete work scope that they use to manage their insurance claim.
